i have commented the -define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’);- line in my wp-config.php but i still get the weird chars… like this ?3 instead of an o with an accent, can anyone help?
has anyone found a solution for this?? it happens to me too, if im in the html editor all good, if for some reason some other user changes it for visual, the flv tag get deleted…
