@lakinglopedia There is a lot that can happen in 10 months, Elementor itself has done a lot of updates in 10 months, hence the need to always update to their latest version. Some features get deprecated as well, as PHP advances. Please keep your site updated, and all will be fine!

HI @jana92 . my apologies for what you are going through. I am sad to say your website is infected with malware. If you click on download install and run the .exe. files on Virustotal, they are actually flagged. You will need to clean up your website of the malware.

Hi @monika93, I am trying to understand your problem, are the changes being done on the editor, but are not updating on the front end side? Do you have a cache plugin installed?

Hello @mcdesign. You can check if there are any additional header designs, check for additional CSS, or the theme’s default header as well. If you are the developer, you can delete the header and redesign it as a horizontal one. I am not sure what caused this. There is a wide range of possibilities, some mentioned above.

You might also want to check on the PHP version in place.
