Hi @carlosburgos,
Does your users has multiple user roles? In that case you need to apply restriction for all of them or use role priority.
Thanks.
Hi @angel247,
Please go to Ultimate Member->Settings->Email->Account Approved Email & Password Reset Email, inside your dashboard and check if both are checked there ( green marked).
Thanks.
Hi @corpinno,
Have you set your site to be accessible by logged in users only in Ultimate Member->Settings->Access, inside dashboard.Try disabling that and check if that solves your issue. Please also check if you have checked your calender post type in “Restricted Access to Post” at same settings page.
Thanks.
Hi @pgroenewegen,
Single page/post restriction overrides global restriction settings. You have restricted your site but by default, site is accessible to everyone. That’s why the title is “Restrict access to this content”. Thanks for your valuable suggestion.
Hi @miguelfr1208,
Sorry, UM doesn’t have any such feature. It’s not a good idea generally to expose email in frontend for security reasons.
Thanks.

Hi @sssm,
Sorry, I have rechecked again and you are correct. We don’t support special characters like “”,” in dropdown fields because of security issue. For now, you can use something like,
6.1 inch
6.2 inchThanks.
Hi @geirarnesen,
You can see the pending users in member directory if you are an administrator only. Other users shouldn’t see them.
Thanks.
Hi @ofdrive,
You can disable user caching if that causes issue. We don’t have any option to schedule cache clearing at this moment.
Thanks.
Hi @jodybigelow,
Your issue is clearly caused by SuitePlugins – Ultimate Member Faceted Search plugin, the database table name suggesting it. This is not our plugin, please contact this plugin author about your issue.
Thanks.
Hi @sssm,
Which type of field are you using for height? It should work fine if you use a custom dropdown field in um form. I have checked this, working fine here.
Thanks.
