In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Guest checkoutHi,
Thank you for trying out the LITE version. I hope you find it helpful.
Yes, that’s right. The LITE version tracks the abandoned carts for only logged-in users, whereas the PRO version can track both (logged-in and guest) users.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Emails are sent every 6-14 minutesHi,
Can you please create a ticket at [email protected] for the issue and kindly provide the below information.
Login information so I can fix the issue.
admin level WordPress user ID and password. I recommend that you change
the password for the duration while we fix the issue. To do this visit
the dashboard of your blog and click on users->authors & users -> click
on edit for the appropriate user and at the bottom of the page is a
change password option.FTP login ID, password and URL
This information should come from your hosting provider, this will
enable me to upload and download files should I need to.I may not need all of the passwords but I find if I have all of them to
hand it speeds up the process.I will begin work once I have this information.

Can you please update the Abandoned Cart lite Plugin to its latest version that is 1.3 where we had set the cron jobs to send email notifications automatically.
So you do not need to set up the cron job as mentioned above.
After updating the plugin can you please check if issue still persits on your site? If issue still persists then please create a ticket at [email protected] and kindly provide me the admin credentials of your site so that i can look into the issue.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Does it work retrospectively?Hi,
We are sorry for the miscommunication on the retrospective carts tracking part. The plugin only starts tracking the carts from the moment it is installed & configured.
It does not have the ability to recover any past abandoned carts.

Yes, you need to add the following script in the cron:
/usr/bin/wget -q -c <User_site_path>/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-abandoned-cart/cron/send_email.phpThis will send emails for the carts that are abandoned.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] NO ability to modify cart?Hi,
For discount feature, we do not have that function available for Abandoned cart LITE version but we have that function in our PRO version.
For adding the message, you can draft the template under the “Email Template” tab as per the details you want to include in the “Email Body”. I assume that is what you meant, if it is something else, then can you kindly explain me about it?
Can you please briefly explain about the freight costs? You want to give a discount on that in the Abandoned cart email? Are you using any plugin for that?

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Email Issues??Hi Charmp,
For the format of the sent emails, we do not have tested abandoned cart LITE version with WP Better emails plugin.
For Abandoned cart LITE version, in the test email the short code like “{{full.name}}” will not be replaced with the actual data because we do not have any actual data to replace with it.But for the regular abandoned cart email it should replace with the user name.
Can you please try that the shortcodes are replaced with the actual data or not in regular abandoned cart email with deactivating WP Better emails plugin?
If the issue still persist on your site, Can you please create a ticket on [email protected] with the site url and admin access to your site, so we can check the issue?
