yes we are adding the GST in the price and adding it in the website.

if the product is 12000 then according to 5% GST its simply 600Rs. which is included in the cost.

when the visit comes we are displaying the price (incl GST) on product page and on checkout the split is to be shown so the same is transferred to the invoice, now at checkout the GST of this is coming to 571Rs which is short of 29Rs approx.

now i want your help in fixing this 571 to 600.

yes, this is just 1 video without inclusive of gst in price.

but if i’m adding without gst also then also its calculating 600Rs as tax for a 12000Rs product which is 5% but why is it that when i enter it with GST its calculating 4.7% is my main concern.

i want to sticky to the current setting but the % needs to 5. please help me how that can be done cuz there something that is messing something not sure.

its not like that actually, we do not have separate pricing excluding GST. whatever price is there, it is including everything. we do not keep a excluding GST pricing as such.

Also i was checking few videos for the same on YouTube and they are setting up exactly the same way but their calculation is coming exact % that they put and they are also calculating the way i did so i don’t understand why on my end its not coming up properly.

i can neither update the pricing not the tax as we have to comply with 5%

please help me in figuring this out because the site is already live and the current invoice generated is showing the 4.77 tax which is misleading to the customers.

actually its not like that – if the product is Rs 12,000 then the 5% tax should be 600(300 SGST and 300 CGST). but here its 286 +286 = 572 which is around 4.77% of 12000.

we manually don’t add the tax in products. whatever price you see is inclusive of GST and we do not split it. we just want to show the customer the split so they know we compliance with GST.

Hey, I’ve lifted the coming soon page.
Yes I am using a 3rd party plugin for this. I asked on their forum but was unable to get a response so i thought of asking here.
I was able to move it earlier but then i had to reset my site due to something and lost the piece of code for this.
All i remember is t hat is had something to do with the hooks and the position of the add to cart button.
please help me in this if possible.
