HI @ania8587 – Are you not able to log in is the issue?

Please follow the below steps:

1.Please login to your hosting account and go to the Cpanel.
2.From Cpanel open PHPMyAdmin the after opening select the database.
3. After selecting goto -> options in the database and check what is the email id which you have given.

Once you have changed the correct email id try login in by selecting the forgot option and reset the password.

HI @lauriemclendon – Which is due to the recent plugin/theme which you have installed on the site.

You can solve this by login into the hosting account and in Cpanel.

1.By check, the error log.

2.Enable the debugging mode and find the cause of the error and you can remove the plugin or theme in file manager under public_html/wp-content

or you can check by renaming the plugins folder.

Hi @airdropfaucet – Create the “separate ID” for the particular section under the elementor “Advance Option” where you will add margin and padding below which add different IDs.

Hardware Wallets – > #Hardware_Wallets in the same way for all the 4 and add that in the menu with https://www.airdropfaucet.com/security/#Hardware_Wallets
