No this not working for me, after I remove that line, it showing following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS) in /home3/rfgmfa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-admin-bar/lib/class_wdcab_admin_pages.php on line 1

With help of your given link, and support of word press support team, now I’m able to fixed the error. I just ask to host to increase the PHP memory limit (now 64M) and now everything working again. Thanks a lot again.
