I solve the issue .I use wp-query in theme file.
global $wpdb;
$sql = “UPDATE {$wpdb->posts} SET post_status = ‘publish’ WHERE post_type = ‘$post_type’ and post_status = ‘draft'”;
$wpdb->query($sql);

i don’t know what happen.please you can see it.i have share team viewer with you john .?
