In reply to: [Book a Room Event Calendar] Reserve a room viewI’m sorry, could post this to the main plugin so it’s tracked properly? This plugin ins just the support plugin for the event calendar and doesn’t manage any of the views you are talking about.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Error on Lo in/out1.0.4 was a dud. There was a function I used that isn’t available in PHP4. Check out 1.0.5, it should work with all versions!

In reply to: [Book a Room] Meeting Room Pricing QuestionsThe system, since it’s designed for simplicity and for use in libraries (which are generally non-profit, public entities), doesn’t charge for amenities and doesn’t allow the price per event to change.
That being said, the patron would have to come in to pay so you can charge whatever you would actually like at the time they pay. You can also add a note about the price in the notes field.
I would consider this more of a feature request than a bug.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Error on Lo in/outFor the first part, I just released a patched update that fixes it.
I think I’m confused by the second questions.
There are Events which are automatically approved and do not cost anything. Events are staff created for things like library programs, staff meetings, etc.
Meetings are submitted by the public. They need to be approved and can be charged.
If you are making events, you won’t see any charges. You need to make meetings to see any charges.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Calendar not displaying events & search = 404Your branch needs to be available to the public, but your room container needs to be also.
Make sure that the branch has “Available to the public” checked and the room container does too. The room containers can be private if you have a reservable container (like a display case) that you need to be able to reserve but do not want to show up on the public calendar. If either of these are not checked as Public, nothing will ever appear on the public calendar.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Calendar not displaying events & search = 404I think I figured out the 404. WP renamed the root directory. I’ll make the changes and get an update out ASAP.
