Hi Niklas,

I have tried deactivating the plugins and also changing to Storefront theme. However, the issue still persists. I was previously using “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway” and there was no issues.

Today another customer paid by Sofort and I don’t see it again. She said it is debited from her bank account and showed me the screenshot.

She said that after payment it asked her to check email for confirmation so she did not go back to my website…

Thank you for replying.
The customer just told me that it was an error with Klarna.
However, previously I also had another customer insisting that he paid and he showed me a receipt from Klarna. He eventually gave up before I could fix the issue and I asked him to contact his bank.
For both cases, I see no order at all in woocommerce and no funds in Paypal. No unpaid or pending payment orders too.

Its quite hard for me to test this out as I don’t have a european bank account.
Can I just ask if it is well integrated into the plugin or do I have to take some additional steps for this alternative funding methods to work?
I’m reading the doc and it says that after confirming payment, the buyer must wait for it to redirect back to merchant page, if not the transaction will not complete?
