I’d suggest bringing up the problem with Easy Digital Downloads, no? And suggest that they follow the WP guideliness for jQuery.

Hmm, it looks definitly like a jQuery conflict then. Could you try disactivating one by one all the other plugins till you find which one is causing the issue? Or alternatively, check your theme (or any custom code you’ve added) and ensure that it is respecting WP guidelines and not loading its own version of jQuery/a jQuery library.

Either way, this is not something that can be fixed in our plugin unfortunately ??

Hmm, sounds strange – do you have any JS errors in the console? I’m guessing this is a jQuery conflict error with another plugin’s incorrect use of jQuery inclusion I think (I don’t reproduce it in any case).

Hey @lulf, are you still experiencing this problem with the update from yesterday? If so, could you give a few more details (is it systematic, is it only in admin area, not front etc). I don’t seem to be able to reproduce it :-/

Hello @lulf, customer/buyer Mangopay accounts should be created on the fly when they do a payment, however this isn’t the case for vendors – I assume you’re therefore talking about vendors? If so, there is no way of bulk creating vendors at this time I’m afraid :-/

Hi fripss, these three fields are required when using Mangopay to ensure a minimum KYC level – unfortunately there is no way to disable them via the plugin as they are required in the API.

Thanks for the info Mark_Studholme – could you also send an email to [email protected] letting them know when you tried this, your ClientId and whether it was production or sandbox? Then we check the logs and take a closer look to see if it’s related to selett’s issue (which seems more like a plugin conflict but we’re working on finding a solution ?? )
