Deactivating all plug-ins worked.
I am having the same issue right now FYI. Just spoke with Bluehost and I have plenty of drive space.

Thank you so much! It was the Jetpack plugin. Just needed to update it.
They’ve been disabled, that was an option to add a review. I disabled the review option but it didn’t help.
Oh wow, I cleared my cache and it’s working. I’m using Google Chrome. Thanks so much!
