Just an FYI. I also tried the plugin Responsive Block Control, which didn’t work either, probably for the same reason. Interestingly, I also tried Conditional Blocks, which did work.

I renamed about 4 of them. Then named them back, one at a time, and then activated each of them one at a time. No failure. Why this worked? I have no idea because it shouldn’t have worked.

This appears to be some kind of “nonce” error.
