I found the same as hlanggo – at first I thought it was not fixed but I switched to another script, cleared the cache for BWP Minify and Super Cache. Not sure which solved it but between them, things are now working as expected.

Same issue here with WordPress 4.3, Karma theme. Downgraded to 1.5.7 and the problem disappears.
