In reply to: Theme has disabled toggling in wp-adminJust wondering if anyone ever figured what causes this problem. I took over a project from a previous designer, so I didn’t create the theme files – I just upgraded an old version of WP (not sure which) to 2.8.4 and now I can’t toggle any sidebar Admin menus, and the editor is stuck in HTML mode.
Anyone know why this would happen? I need to find out how to fix this somehow, but I don’t know what to look for.
Thanks!~

In reply to: [Plugin: FeedWordPress] I want title link to open in new windowThat almost worked ??
But it opens EVERY title link in a new window now, even the ones that are not syndicated links (part of the blog itself).I’m still wondering if there’s another workaround that only targets this plugin, so the rest of the blog works normally. I don’t want the internal blog posts to open in a new window…
This plugin still needs work…

In reply to: Blog links without ‘category/’ – need helpI think I found a temporary hack that solves the issue for now:
I changed the posts main category slug to ‘main’ instead of blog, so the links don’t break anymore, and it doesn’t look so bad showing /main/ in the url.

Sorry, that file cannot be edited.
Anyone know what might cause this?

In reply to: Submitting Comments = 404 ?!Hi,
I’m having a problem with this issue and I can’t find anything here about it. I altered the Kubrick theme, so haven’t changed the form action.I’m using Permalinks and my .htaccess is chmod 644. Permalink structure is working fine for the site, so I don’t think it’s the problem. I have : /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
Comments are posting, it’s just that a 404 Error appears first, then if you go back to the Post, you can see that the new comment is there. Does anyone know what else could cause a 404 when submitting commments?
Thanks~

In reply to: Kubrick theme not recognizing sidebar to change backgroundI’ve already done some work with it, and have it running, the only thing I’m having a problem with is the background images. I wanted to take advantage of the code that’s there to detect the sidebar and load a specific background, because I need that functionality. But it’s not detecting the sidebar for some reason. Other than that, the design is already there: https://www.gravitystation.com/dev/corpgigs/wp
Anyone know how to make this detection thing work?
