Hi Ena,

I do have owner/admin priviledges for all things associated (wordpress, facebook).

The catalog link you suggested to visit takes me directly to FB Commerce Manager. The catalog is associated is linked to Business Account “Make Your Momentum” (the ad account). I’ve been working with FB Tech Support and they advised me that the woocommerce plugin should created a brand new business account and not link to the ad account.

This is were FB Tech support directs me in reaching out to WP/WC support.

I dont see any FB Wocommerce issues in the Status Log.

I do however see what appears to be a good connection to FB and data that shows interation to FB within the WooCommerce products on my webpage.

Yet nothing on the FB Meta side creating the Business Account.

In addition, and this doesnt appear to be the root problem, just a question…

When exploring the functions within the FB connections on the WooCommerce platform, I do not have permissions to access Additional Features (which appears to be steps to finalize all functions).

Might this be the WP Admin log in -or- WP Account which I created to open this ticket? Neither work…

I dont see a FB Woocommerce plugin error in the logs.

In addition, under the Marketing/Facebook/Connection/Manage Connection

I dont have permissions to activate all features of the FB store through woocommerce.  Not sure if this is part of the problem or not?
