I believe each of these methods require access to the databases, wp-config.php, and functions.php via the /wp-admin page. The problem is, the /wp-admin page URL is the same URL as my site. Therefore, I cannot access the admin page.
The problem is, is that I can’t even access the admin page of wordpress. Therefore, I have no way of changing back the URL. The methods in the above link are all methods assuming I have access to the wordpress admin section.
