The same happens to me. I added the code to functions.php of my child theme and it messed up the backend of WP and it also didn’t change the Read more button.

Anyone? Please help.

Ok, I found the problem. I had Bootstrap CSS’s included in head section. Any idea how to fix this?

I managed to do it, but the widgets now show at the bottom of the page.

Is it possible to add three widgets instead of that text (see the picture below):
