In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] Backup Guard Download failsThe permissions for that folder are set to 755 by default. I did not have to change anything.
The download does not work.
It should be working from the WordPress Plugin – it does so in my other subdomains.
I finally downloaded it from the folder with the download funtion provided by cPanel – use of FTP was not necessary.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] Backup Guard Download failsHello,
both options are not good for me – i am not a programmer and can not do such operations.
The download should work normally.
I have the Plugin installed in other subdomains and there the download works without problems.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] Backup Guard Download failsHello Support,
i forwarded your message to the hosting service.
Here is their answer to the topic:
Ivan Z.: I have checked on your error and encountered the following issue – [Mon Nov 23 10:01:06.212744 2020] [authz_core:error] [pid 11054] [client 37.151.195.84:41398] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /home/promatik/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security/403.php, referer: https://www.promatik24.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=backup_guard_backupsIvan Z.: I am currently making a few checks from my end, allow me a moment
Peter Holowka: ok
Ivan Z.: You are referring to promatik24.com, right?
Peter Holowka: yes
Ivan Z.: Thank you for confirming that
Ivan Z.: I have reviewed your website files and I could not encounter the .htaccess file. Although we might not be the right experts to ask as a hosting provider, the issue seems to be application related, as much as I would like to help you, the case does not fall under the standard cases that I am familiar with. Still, I would suggest that you check that with a developer who will surely be able to provide further assistance and take care of this issue for you.
Here is a tutorial that I have found on creating a symlink, I am sure you will find it useful https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_can_i_create_symbolic_link/
We also have a tutorial on 403 Error, make sure to look it up as well https://www.siteground.com/kb/403_forbidden_error/Peter Holowka: thank you for our effort although the result is not helpful at all
Ivan Z.: I have made a few checks and I can confirm that there are no problems available from our end – server-wise
Peter Holowka: i will forward your reply to the plugin support
I don′t have any idea what to do.
Please try to help.
