1. I did update the server settings from 711 – 755
2. I did set the site permalinks to “post name”
3. I emptied my browser cache
4. I used the Reset tool
But still when I upload an image into the gallery
it shows up as a blank (broken image)

I had a different idea, I renamed the wp-admin folder itself

but first I had to do it in the php files, every instance of wp-admin was replaced with my new directory name = wp-dadmine
