    PS : I have just checked your website, and the shortcode is not well displayed, did you deactivate the plugin?

    Hello John,

    We’re sorry you were disappointed about our plugin, discovering the 50-video-limit. Most people don’t get to this limit and, for those needing more, we route them to our website, where conditions are clearly given (apparently, you didn’t get to that point).
    But you’re right: we should also give this information on the WP platform, to avoided disappointing experiments as the one you had. We’ll modify this next time we update.

    Thanks for for comment (even-thought the 1-star-rating is a bit harsh as it doesn’t evaluate the product)!

    We’ve looked at your page, and it seems that it is just a CSS conflict with the style of your theme “Folie”. To fix it, just add the following CSS into your custom CSS :

    div[class^=gridContainer-] .videosListFront .brick .name td {
    background: transparent;
    }

    We’ll include this in the next update to avoid having this issue again with other users, thank you for pointing it out.

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    You can disable the display of PHP warnings from your wp-config.php file by adding the following :
    ini_set(‘display_errors’,’Off’);
    ini_set(‘error_reporting’, E_ALL );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

    You’ll probably already have the define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); line in the file.

    Concerning the transparent thumbnails, can you please send us a link to a page with the gallery so that we can check it out? there are none at https://guappecarto.com/video

    I hope the warning wasn’t the cause of your dislike of our work, as you can simply disable showing PHP warnings from your configuration. Also this is an issue with the Vimeo library we’re using to interact with their API.

    It is clear that the issue is related to your installation, there might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin, as we have clients using our free and PRO versions, and who are happy with it.

    You already sent us a message (not a nice one, like your comment) through our website, and we would have helped you debug your problem (as we do with nice people), and it would also have helped us and the community using our plugin.

    But you chose to downrate our work instead and it is your right, but we felt that a reply was needed.
