In reply to: [IW Magnific Popup] compatible with wp canvas-gallery?Same need here. Anyway to get this to be compatible with WP Canvas-Gallery.
IW Magnific Popup gallery pagination does not work when galleries are created with WP Canvas-Gallery created galleries. It shows them as single images instead.
Greatly appreciate any insight on how to get these two to work together.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife] Date field for birthdateHey j0schi,
I was able to get it to work, by going into the PGSF Checkout Settings and set the Min date offset for date fields to 100000000.
Not sure if this is intended to work this way or if it will cause problems elsewhere, but it seems to work for now.
I think I found the solution. I unchecked the “Block direct access to any PHP file located in one of these directories” for “/wp-content/uploads/*”
Thanks for the reply.
Got new question. I’m getting a HIGH level notice for a custom php file I have called into my site. It’s doing a GET call and the notice is: Forbidden direct access to PHP script
There is no Rule # for it. How can I have the plugin ignore this call?
Nevermind, I was able to get it working by uninstalling and deleting the php.ini file, then reinstall and use .user.ini file instead.

In reply to: Error shown by wordpress while Publishing post caused by Wp phpBB BrigdeI’m getting a similar error when publishing or updating any thing in WP, posts, pages, short codes, etc. Here are the errors I’m getting:

Any idea on how to fix this? It seems like this plugin developer has gone dark and is completely ignoring the problems.
Has anyone found a reliable solution for bridging WordPress with phpBB forum and users? I really just need to bridge the user accounts.
Thanks for the response zeos.
However this does not address the issue about being able to access the wp admin with the plugin activated. The admin should always be available.
Also in my database the value to search for is not wpb_activate, but instead it was wpbb_activate.
I would like to use the plugin, but I also must have full access to the wp admin.
One other note, the serial number is not registering. It does not save it.
I found it, you had it spelled wrong or maybe the developer changed it. You should be searching for: wpbb_activate (correct) not wpb_activate (wrong). I was able to change it to no and access my wp-admin.

In reply to: [WP phpBB Bridge] [Plugin: WP phpBB Bridge] This plugin is a JOKE!This is a serious problem along with not being able to login to the admin once activated, rendering the plugin unusable. There is great potential for a killer plugin here, but it needs to be secure and function properly without hindering the site admin.
@the Greek WordPress Community, this is your plugin, please get on the ball and address these issues. Do the right thing and make it a great plugin, don’t let it go down in flames.
Yuibox, I tried searching for: wpb_active, but nothing comes up, so I can’t disable it.
I’m having the exact same problem here. Once activated I can’t gain access to the WP admin, it just continues to redirect me to my forum index page.
Is it possible to have this work with the forums on a subdomain instead of a folder? What info can I change to make it work correctly with a subdomain?
I have my forum installed on a subdomain from my WordPress site (WP site: https://chowchow.org/, phpBB Forum: https://forum.chowchow.org/). Both are on separate databases.
I logged out and back in, yet still going to the admin URL simply redirects to Forum index.
I can’t even deactivate or change the pluggin settings now, I have to rename the plugin folder name in order for it to become inactive. How can I get this to work right? What am I missing here?
Any help would be great as I really need to have a solution for integrating the two so I can begin to utilize the BuddyPress features with the existing forum members. I did pay a donation for the license.
