Note from WP Tech Support:

We have checked the sitemap and we’re able to replicate the issue on our end. We’ve tried to troubleshoot it by doing the following:

• Re-saved permalinks
• Briefly set theme from flatsome-child to flatsomevia database
• Briefly deactivated/activated YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce plugin
• Changed slug of https://www.maisonwhite.co.uk/pos/ to https://www.maisonwhite.co.uk/pos-page/

We have reverted the changes we’ve made afterwards.

We notice that the sitemap appears when the YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce plugin is inactive, see this screenshot – https://gfx.cx/images/2023/03/28/dYvlK.png. However, the are no settings or redirects that might have caused it.

We’ve checked the frontend for layout issues before and after the troubleshooting but found none.

If you would, please clear your browser cache for the changes to take effect on your end.

We suggest reaching out to Yith support regarding this issue. 

Thanks for that will check it out as the Zorem one and their support was useless, especially given it was the most expensive.

I have the same issue, tried everything my end to resolve. Suddenly the connection stopped working on the 14/9 have been waiting since for Royal Mail Support to get back to me, I guess it is an issue since they last upgraded their system which made it unavailable for the entire day!

Comforting to know I am not the only one, meanwhile I am having to doo everything manually.

I would like to exactly the same and would then be happy to buy the premium version, perhaps there is a way to suggest this to Yith

Same here have received 2 orders (failed), have blocked the user in Wordfence! Although that doesn’t stop the same issue recurring if they register as another user. Our site is hosted on Siteground if that helps.

Exactly how am I supposed to do that when your website was down. You have the details from this forum, please lodge your own support ticket!!

According to my checks, they are being generated by a plugin called “Woocommerce Google Feed Manager “. Please consider disabling this plugin or contacting the developers of the same so they can be able to assist in resolving this. I am afraid that we are not aware of what this plugin does and if the plugin has an option to limit this.

I have recently had the same problems with Wordfence eating up all my cpu allowance, very frustrating as the plugin would not allow me to deactivate it, I had to get my host to do it on 2 occasions. Have now deleted Wordfence and will not be using again!

I would also like to know how to set the price settings to default to “Sale Price” but if there is no Sale Price use Regular Price.

I just cleared the cache and now the Jellycat feed is showing MPN but randomly showing or not showing “brand”

It made no difference to the Gund feed though!

ps the price settings are using the default. You can also see that no “brand” data is coming through on the Gund feed.

you can see that the attribute “brand” does not appear in many products, and there is no MPN which I set to show the same attribite as the “Id” Field as “SKU”
