Perfect, thanks!
Ok, for me is solved enabling the multiple selection and so having the option AND or OR and using AND (with the disabled option it was not visible)…
But with multiple selection, shouldn’t I be able to select several subcategories? From the previous screenshot:
https://snipboard.io/ESP7jd.jpg
If I am in “Confezione SS23” now I see only the tree from SS23 (as I wanted), but I can’t chose any multiple subcategories? Like “Abito” and “Blusa”? If I select one of them, then the filter shows only that category.
For me is ok as I didn’t want a multiple selection! But I’m trying to understand the full features of the plugin for other uses.
Is “AND” related only to other filters (size/color)?
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)Any update? I can change the server if needed, but I don’t think it may change a 30 minutes waiting time into 10 seconds. As said, the server is already a good one.
So again, is there a chance to make a test on an official woocommerce server to see how it works in a similar situation?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)It is proportional, this sample took 30 minutes; a “standard” order (for a B2B, so with at least 100 – 150 “pieces”) may take 5 minutes, but is still too much for an agent that must enter orders one after the other for his customers.
As said I tested it on different server and it happens on all the sites of the group. The actual server is a good one, not a 15$/year hosting.
do you have a testing server to reproduce the same situation (brand new installation, with same amount of products/variations) and see how much does woocommerce take to manage similar orders?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)PLEASE, read the previous messages!!!
AS SAID, I did all the test with ALL PLUGIN DISABLED and theme twenty-twenty-two.
So your test is not connected to my request. Moreover I’m writing for the problem when i click on PLACE ORDER, not navigating the site (it is a staging site and we are working on many tests on it, but the same identical problem is present on all sites with the same amount of products/variations in an order).
SO, AS WRITTEN ABOVE:
Last test (One of the biggest done before) was for:- 175 products
- 1.011 variations
- 6.361 “pieces”
It took more than 30 minutes to be completed.
So, what’s not working properly? Is woocommerce able to manage an order like that?
Do you have a testing server to try something similar and find the differences? Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)Pending task were only 5, I don’t know why on previous check it was 74.
They are:wc_admin_unsnooze_admin_notes (every hour)
atum/update_expiring_product_props (every day)
woocommerce_cleanup_draft_orders (every day)
atum/update_expiring_product_props (every day)
atum/clean_up_tmp_folders (every week)After installing Index WP MySQL For Speed and running the database index, it seems has more problem than before:
now the test order after the log time with the rotating wheel, gave me an internal server error on the same checkout page. The order is registered in the backend but I get no email, either for the admin and the customer.
I activated the plugin monitor too and this is the result:
https://staging.whitewise.it/monitor_Index.csv
Moreover, setting the order to cancelled, it didn’t restore the product quantities (probably connected to the error in order processing). I had to restore the DB backup made before running that pluginForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)@ihereira
I tested an environment with:- last version of wordpress
- last version of woocommerce
- theme twenty-twentytwo
- tested with PHP 8.1, 8.0 and 7.4
- the database was already optimized, I launched WP-sweep but there was really few data to clean. The DB is huge as it has so many products/variations
- CDN not needed as it is for local traffic (and definitely can’t affect the “place order” speed).
- caching plugins neither affect the checkout.
So answering to the 7 points in your article:
1) the server is performing, moreover, the problem occoured on different “good” servers
2-3) doesn’t change the checkout
4) image are optimized, all webP, moreover, many orders have no image at all.
5) database checked and is ok
6) using default theme
7) no other plugin, only woocommerceLast test (One of the biggest done before) was for:
- 175 products
- 1.011 variations
- 6.361 “pieces”
It took more than 30 minutes to be completed.

I really don’t know what to test more as I removed everything…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)@jdembowski sorry, I didn’t know that I couldn’t neither give a “CUSTOMER” access (not admin or any special access at all!!!).
The site facing problem is a B2B, they asked a link of a product page but they won’t see much without being a customer (and registering is not an option as they need to be aproved too, but if it is the way, @ihereira you can register as a customer anw wait to be manually aproved).Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)Hi, as written, I already made many test.
None of the points indicated on that article solve the problem, neither reduce it. I have 4 sites in the same situation, on two different servers and with different configurations, but ALL of them have the same problem as the order includes many items.
So, could you please help me to solve the problem? It is a HUGE problem as the sales agent has serious problems in placing orders and it happens in a total clean environment (only wordpress, default theme and woocommerce).
Writing me to activate a cdn or a cashing plugin for the checkout process definetely doesn’t solve the problem!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order creation is extremely slow (5-20 minutes)Hi,
there is no error in the log.
Here it is the link of a product:
https://staging.whitewise.it/product/abito-merinos-con-scollo-ciambella-ess164-2
Please consider that the staging site is currently used to create a new theme and for other purpose, so actually has many active plugins, but, as said, the test made with default theme and only woocommerce active gave the same problem.

In reply to: [Database Management tool - Adminer] Limit access to some table/DB@wallfur, in my specific case, the problem is the mistake edit, not hacking risks from that user.
The user that will access the DB is the owner of the site, but he should only edit some table (import large amount of data by a CSV or delete some of that data).
So if he will not “see” the other tables that could delete for a mistake, it is ok.
But thanks for the clarification.Forum: Plugins
