We got this problem fixed and the fix will be included in the MainWP version 4.1.7.

Does this problem occur only with Premium plugins or free plugins too?
What happens if you resync your sites? Does that help?

Do you use some security plugins on the site?
If yes, you should try to temporarily disable them and see if they are causing connection problems.If that is not the problem, please check the server-side security layers and if you use some cloud proxy firewall.

there is no need to change/update the custom Login or WP admin URL in MainWP.

Version 4.1.6.1 has been released that solves the problem.
MainWP Dashboard 4.1.5.1 has been released to resolve this conflict.
Fixed in version 4.1.5
