In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] Drop-down listHi Antonella, I guess that you need a multi language version of wp-mailup plugin, is it correct?
I would let you know that we have just released version 1.4.0 of wp-mailup, which now supports WPML and Polylang (multi language plugins).
Now also the strings that are displayed in the subscription form can be managed with tools that are used to handle the translations. In other words, you can use one of those tools to display “Iscriviti” on https://my-wp-site?lang=it and “Sign up” on https://my-wp-site?lang=en
Hope it helps,

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] Drop-down listHi Antonella, this feature is currently not supported but we have logged your request and we will take it into account for future developments.
We would suggest, as an alternative solution, the list building tools that have been added recently to MailUp. In other words, if you need a more advanced sign-up form you may
– create a public form using the powerful “MailUp list building tools”. This form will be hosted by MailUp
– obtain the URL of the created form
– modify your WordPress page by replacing the wp-mailup plugin with a simple link to the subscription form that you have created.Reference manual for MailUp list building tools:
EN https://help.mailup.com/display/MUG/List+building+tools
IT https://help.mailup.com/display/MM/Moduli+di+iscrizioneThis solution gives you more flexibility when editing the form but it has the side effect that the subscriber goes outside your website to fill in the form and there is the risk that he/she may not return back to your pages.
Hope it helps,

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] Thank You PageHi Aldo, after clicking on request confirmation link the subscriber is automatically redirected on a landing page that informs him/her about the successful (or unsuccessful) subscription. You may customize that page or replace it with your own.

Hope it helpsWhen a visitor fills out the newsletter subscription form, an API call is made to the MailUp API to subscribe the new recipient in the MailUp list that has been associated with the WordPress site in the plugin settings.
The recipient is NOT added to the WordPress site as a user/member.

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] newsletter for birthdayHi yair10,
of course it is!:)
Once the birthday information is stored through the plugin, you’ll need to create a filter based on that birthday field. You’ll need only to set an automated task to send out messages (triggered messages) based on the filter you just created.

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] waiting for multi-list support!!Hi vic1983, we are planning the introduction of this feature, at the moment I’m unable to tell you when exactly this extension will be added.
Meanwhile, if you are interested, starting from MailUp 8.2 you can set more than one list in which subscribers will be added.
For example, if you specify 1,2 in “List ID” field then the subscribers will be added to both List n.1 and List n.2.Regards
