In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] Right configuration, but test doesn’t workHi @inkoutsrl,
The plugin configuration should not be affected by the 3rd level domain. It is expected to work properly on the plugin URL that is set a value for the WP_PLUGIN_URL constant.I see you have linked a MailUp subscription form as a workaround solution.
This works but it doesn’t allow us to run an inspection of what is called by the plugin. Feel free to contact the MailUp support team if you need more details.

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] subscriber listHi Dario,
Thanks for your reply. If you want to try out a free trial account you can do it by submitting a request on https://www.mailup.it/ or https://www.mailup.com/
If you are a system integrator there is also another option: you may ask a developer account with restricted mailing capabilities https://www.mailup.it/funzionalita/piattaforma-sviluppatori

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] subscriber listHi @dariogalleno,
I’m not sure I properly understood your question.
The wp-mailUp plugin cannot work without a connected MailUp account. After pressing the submit button in the subscription form, an error is returned and any inserted data is lost. The plugin does not store data, it simply formats and sends it to MailUp using a specific API.Instead, if your goal is to get subscriber details that were added to a temporary MailUp account and move them to a new MailUp account, then you may use the “export” and “import” features of the MailUp platform (e.g. export as CSV file and import the CSV on the new account)
Hope this helps

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] Submit button doesn’t workHi @gmelli,
Sorry for this late reply.
The page you linked is not submitting any request to MailUp servers. There should be something wrong with the plugin configuration. I recommend you directly write to the MailUp support team, providing the values you have set in the administration page of the plugin.
An engineer should then be able to go in depth with your specific case and your specific MailUp account.Another possible option could be related to a plugin conflict, this could be sorted out by disabling some other plugins and check if something changes.
Hope this helps

In reply to: [MailUp newsletter sign-up form] Sending requestHi @lisetta75,
Thank you for your message. The SSL certificate shouldn’t be a problem. I suggest you to contact the MailUp support team, so they have a chance to run a test from your subscription form.
