We’ve tested the popup form in Firefox and haven’t been able to reproduce the issue you’re facing. It appears to be working correctly on Firefox v135.0.1.

Could you please try clearing your Firefox cache and cookies, testing in a private window, and checking for Firefox updates? If the issue persists, please contact us here and share your Firefox version and provide a link to the page where the popup is placed, along with a screenshot or screen recording if possible.

Existing email addresses can be still entered in the form – there is nothing to prevent the same address to be used I must say. If the same address is entered – it will be able to register via the form once again. In terms of forms – the functionality is taken from MailerLite(it is best to design forms there and then add them to the website via the plugin). There is the DOI option available in the settings of the plugin:

But it will not prevent the same address from being used in the form.

Might be that it is needed to just specify the visibility conditions for the pop up.

When you install the our WooCommerce MailerLite plugin, your existing subscribers in MailerLite will have their purchase data synced.

Additionally, all new subscribers that agree to join your mailing list will automatically be added to MailerLite.

But unfortunately,?customers that already existed in your WooCommerce list but did not already exist in your MailerLite list will not be synced,?along with new subscribers that sign up without accepting marketing emails.

If you want to export subscribers manually from WooCommerce to MailerLite you can use third partyplugins like this:?https://www.webtoffee.com/export-customer-list-woocommerce-shop/ or check with Woocommerce a way to export existing customers.
But this can be done only for people who provided you with consent that they are happy receiving emails from you.
