Well, i’m having the same issue exactly, i believe the problem is not from the GDPR plugin as i wasn’t using one at all.

It’s working only for country blocking.

Maybe google can read it, try view page source and see if you can find your website sitemap data if not, I think you have a problem
Try the following: reinstall the plugin, or use Yoast sitemap

@jnashhawkins bro you are bluffing, how I can accept the fact we using the same sitemap plugin.
My website contains below 20 URLs between pages/posts and the sitemap memory is 6.7 MB
While his website has more than 100 URLs and total sitemap memory is 2MB
As I said before there is a magic trick, I think only someone whit good expertise can do this.
+ his sitemap Request ID can be changed between 40 minutes
While my Request ID changes every refresh.
