ich habe gerade eine Referenzumgebung (1:1 Kopie von unserer produktiven Umgebung) erstellt und dort versucht das Problem nachzuvollziehen, ohne Erfolg.
Daher würde ich vorschlagen, dass du das Ticket schliesst bis ich das Problem reproduzieren kann. Es w?re jedoch wirklich toll, wenn es allgemein Hooks für entsprechende Fehlermeldungen g?be, damit diese abgefangen und entsprechend kommuniziert / geloggt werden k?nnen. K?nntest du dafür eventuell ein Feature Request erstellen?

ja, wir verwenden German Market von Marketpress. Wir haben alle Hooks von dem Plugin deaktiviert, daher würde es mich wundern, wenn es daran liegt.Hallo @aweissinpsyde ,
danke für deine schnelle Antwort. Wir verwenden hier kein externes Plugin, alles l?uft direkt über WooCommerce.
W?re es m?glich, dass ihr hier einen Hook einbaut? Dann k?nnt ich zumindest prüfen, ob Zahlungen auf einen Fehler laufen.

I also see this error but with a different use case: The plugin seems to not consider activated coupon codes from the cart.
May I ask you about two things:
1. Are there any hooks available to get updated if an error occures? I quickly checked the plugin, there is a functionality called “is_valid_payment” in the class “PaymentValidator” which checks if the payment is valid, but I can’t find a hook to catch the results.
2. Did you hear about such coupon usage problems before? Is there a way to debug it?

I tried to reproduce the problem, but since midday it works like a charm and just as in the screenshot you have provided. Maybe we just misconfigured the woocommerce_shipcloud_global_reference_number ??

thank you for your quick reply. I found the problem: My assumption was, that the variable is already filled on the order detail page, but it is getting filled when it is sent to Shipcloud. The shipping document contains the correct order number, so everything is fine for me. This request can be closed.Thank you for your help.
