I click proceed and the button goes to process but then nothing.

nothing went through to paypal

will check that payments didnt go through too.

Thanks for the speedy reply. It only started doing it after I updated it and a number of other things last night (theme, wordpress, other plugins).

I am comfortable doing the console thing, will it still throw errors in sandbox mode?

Cheers, I am happy that at the checkout there is the paypal express button there with the message ‘slip the forms’ so will just stick with that!

The only thing is that if people go to view their cart and then click checkout it was going to the woo checkout even when paypal express was the only gateway enabled.

Thanks for the reply, it is the case s you suggest because customer is using paypal express and paypal is only sending the shipping details back. Any chance we could put the shipping details on the invoice also?

I have put a BIG orange bar on the page with capital IMPORTANT and then a message so people will know but I guess some might not even wait to get back to that page, as soon as it starts redirecting away from paypal they might close the browser thinking the transaction is done (I am thinking).

We are using a woocommerce table rate shipping calculator from codecanyon to handle shipping.

Hmm, pitty about the unreliability of sending shipping rates to paypal as that would be absolutely perfect!

Unfortunately I am not using free shipping.

Does paypal standard function the same way (even though I dont want to have to exclusively offer paypal standard as paypal express is so much more appealing for customers).

Just thought I would reply to this as I have now received 4 orders in the last 24 hrs since my store launched and 1 person has not completed the process because they did not click the final button thinking that after confirming at paypal the transaction was complete.
