As i understand you want to display products in a page by a given cat and label,

this is doable by the following shortcode:

[product_category category=”categoryname” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″ orderby=”price” order=”asc”]

As for SKUS this is the short way of saying stockkeeping units and is usually selected by alphanumeric identification.
