Google alerted me to a new issue appeared after I added the code:

The tag ‘FORM [method=GET]’ requires including the ‘amp-form’ extension JavaScript.

ACtually never tried to input that code, as I got no response on where to put it (guessing it goes in the header though).

Interesting thought, that Opt-in Forms may be screwing things up…

Thanks Kevin — suggestion number 2 worked for me! (and no, my form doesn’t have any Interest Groups attached to it)

I see why–that particular plugin structures it’s widget content in POST form, so Juiz thinks it is a regular blog post.

Will have to try and use shortcode to get around that…
