Not sure if this is still an issue. With the most recent version 1.1.0 we have implemented a permanent fix for this issue!

We have determined the problem is with the action URL which handles & processes the uploaded file:

https://dl-web.dropbox.com/upload

It appears this URL has been deleted or changed. We are investigating to find what the replacement (if any) might be.

If all else fails, we will be looking at integrating OAUTH into the plugin.
