In reply to: [Loco Translate] Prices not shown when loco translate switched onJust an update – as an interim solution I put the prices into the product short description, so at least on the product the price is visible now, but on the webshop page, category pages the prices are still not shown. I hope the compatibility issue will be resolved soon. Thanks for your support in advance.

I changed the setting in woo and just the Enable subscription option is checked – and it’s still not working, so not sure, if the problem is with mailerlite in general, or there is a bug in the plugin.

Finally.. ?? I found out that a PRO plugin caused the issue, which was related to shipping and the licence was not renewed. I did the testing with a virtual product, so didn’t understand why all chekcput related plugins – what I saw that are impacted in case of a virtual product not causing the issue, so I went through on ALL woo related products one by one.
On the hosting side there were other problems too, those I don’t think were related to this issue (database change to a newer version).

sorry to get back to you only now. Problem is solved now, indeed the main problem was not with stripe.
FYI – the latest update for learndash helped a lot, but there was another error with the subscription – the customer updated the product names, created new ones etc. and the membership details were not referring to these changes.

Shahin, in the meantime I contacted the support team as I have a subscription at oceanwp, and seems the issue solved – the last oceanwp extra update solved the elementor pro header problem, so i switched that back and all looks good now.

I created a short video about?the problem. The menu cart design is not updated, even if I use caching. In the meantime I got an update to oceanwp extra, but it doesn’t solve the problem. Cache plugin deactivation, and browser cookie deletion did not help either.
(I changed the design, so I’m not interested anymore with the elementor pro header problem issue.)

The support team stated the problem with the abandoned cart had been solved, my customer confirmed the same, so all good now. Pity that it took too long.

Hi, currently 2.6.1 – the update is running right now for 2.6.2. I’m using the free version. I have no problem with the profile photo upload, that works properly, just the simple file and image upload options do not work.

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] Fatal error version 2.0.3Same here, the only problem was, that no update was coming up for the theme, just for the plugin. I think this happened at all users, that’s why hits everyone first to the plugin update.
After deactivating the plugin theme update came up, so now issue is resolved on my side too. Please force theme update to come up first in case there is such dependency. THX!Okay, as a result, i started to use ninja forms and v3 recaptcha. Not sure if it would have been work with wpforms too, but happy that both forms finally work!
