There I am again!

I think I solved the problem. The new update narrowed my containers!
Anyway, through Customizer I widened it into 1010, and that did the trick on all the pages.

I only don’t understand WHY the updates constantly change something in my site.
That never happened before!

P.S.
Just like my former problems I suddenly have to use the customizer to adapt the old size of the container, I just figured out. But when I change the width, then the chosen color of my widgets in the sidebar is replaced by some grey.

What is happening to all these updates? I have my child Responsive Free, and till update 3.15 I NEVER had to work in that customizer section.
Does anyone know why is that now?

Thank you very much! That did the trick. I only do not understand why I have to do this customize-layout thingy, the standard template always was displayed without problems and customizing.
There now only one little flaw remains on this ‘contact’-page: the title is not in my chosen font (comfortaa).
How can I bring that back?

I had free eccess to my FTP folder, says my provider.
But in the end the manual FTPupload did the trick! Yoast is back again in my WP dashboard. That were some awful days to find out, due to a WP-flaw whilst upgrading.

As I mentioned above: WP dashboard refuses to install Yoast, saying that it’s already there. But in the FTP plugin folder it is GONE. I tried for about 10 times.

I think I better delete all Yoast plugins and install a totally different SEO plugin!

For just now I see that the Google Analytics shows that there still are about 300 wrong URL’s due to Yoast mistake last year. The special Yoast Index Search plugin (which still exists in my WP dashboard) seems not to work at all.

Quite a mess with Yoast, so suddenly after six years of satisfactional use of it…

Thanks to my host I can enter the WP dashboard again. I deleted the Peter-404 plugin in the FTPfolder. But still Yoast SEO is GONE…

Something terrible happened!!
I looked for the Yoast plugin in my FTP plugin folders, but Yoast was not there. Only the Yoast Index Search plugin.

So I went one by one deactivating the other plugins to see whether Yoast re-appeared.
When I came to the Peter-404 plugin, my whole WP dashboard disappeared, and I cannot enter my site anymore!!!
Please help me!!

My server told me that I can delete the Wordfence plugin alltogether, while his defense is top-notch. But what about e.g. all those Chinese who try again and again to get in with their author=1 etc? Is it my server who blocks them or your Wordfence plugin?

People are watching the url’s I gave above. Can that do any harm? Maybe you can delete those?

Before doing the test (I have to figure out what is my document root and how to make a php, for I am not a specialist builder, just only an enthousiastic illustrator who wants to give the society free childrens stories), I emailed my server to ask him whether he changed something or that he recognizes this problem.

Hi Yoast Wizards!

I also use the Yoast SEO: Search index purge – plugin.
But my site is a childrens story site with hundreds of images and all of these, whether so tiny or big, got an abusive url. The visits to my site became half!! After installing your index-purge not a lot changed, alas! Every morning I check my Wordfence plugin for live traffic, and I am for a quarter of an hour busy checking all the url’s the many crawlers check out. This is a disaster.
Can your Index-purge plugin perform any faster?

Yes, you got my problem right. Alas. The shown IP’s go to 23 January in 7.1.2.
The browser console only says this: ‘JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1’
Since I am not a developer I don’t know what means ‘database management tool’, so sorry I can’t give a comparison.
I truly hope that in 7.1.3 this problem can be fixed…
