Actually I went through 26 pages of topics and found this to my answer:

The css code I needed is :

h1.entry-title{display: none}

header .featurette-divider {
display: none;
}

I wish there was an easier way to search within topics.

huh, “google maps widget” was the plugin I missed deactivating. as soon as I deactivated the widget slider works fine. activated again and it stops !

all plugins deactivated. no change ??

actually I had changed it to 6000 after I noticed it’s not working. I put it back to 2000, 5000 , etc. it does not go automatically.

I got multiple pictures on my slider and it’s got no movement. anybody has solution for this ?
