How can I see the commercial slider plug in? My web developer is not available just now… I guess I should have waited.

Now the central picture on the home page below the main picture has lost its scaling…

I have a div on the layer slider of my home page “www.salixpeopleandprocess.com” I want it to be opaque rather than a solid block of colour… so the picture below is still visible.

Tm on the layerslider page, with the 2nd layer being the Div, so have entered the code into the Customs Style Settings on this layer… I dont know why it’s not taking effect (I have saved it).

I copied the header file within Spun and added the line where stated.
Being php does this need to be uploaded via the FTP route as someone suggested earlier. I pasted the code into CSS Manager, which has been working beautifully, but the change didn’t take place. Or could it be that I have done something wrong in copying the code rather than being CSS Manager?

I thought this post had closed. I will try the PHP code on FTP upload.

My posts and pages have the same content, however hte pages dont appear as circles. This only happens if they are posts. I will see if I can make them a menu item.

I think when I tried previously I must have forgotten to “update”.

How can I change the order of the posts (Im using the circles as entry to “pages” in effect).

Yes it was

and it only took effect when I entered it into CSS Manager (plugin)

I would like to know how to make the footer opaque and visible on hover over… I dont know what the #name is as in #masthead

I have looked at your site and you have the structure I want.
A constantly visible heading ie no opacity/hover
and I want my circles to go to pages rather than posts

I have been trying to get the heading to change on and off for the past few weeks with no luck. I’m not sure if this is the “done” thing, but is it appropriate to ask for the code you have put in your child theme, so I can upload that? My current Style.css file is below, which I have put together from reading the style.css tutorial and copying code from forum posts.

I picked up the code I entered in my style.css file from one of the forum messages… but now I look at it I see it does say capacity not opacity. I’ll make the change

did some more uploading, activiated a different template then reactived Spunchild … and it came back!

the spunchild folder on my C: drive had aa blank spunchild style.css
I recreated, within the correct file structure and uploaded
wp-content
themes
(create) spunchild
create file for style.css

uploaded via Filezila

no change on website

I’ll get the path from my email notification…
