From a user’s / usability perspective I think it’s just odd to intertwine the function of maintaining profile fields and the booking process. Given the example a user needs to change his email address in order to stay informed whether an event really takes place in times of Covid, he has to book another event OR cancel and re-book it. It even gets worse if we’re talking about events that need to be payed for.
If anyone else stumbles about that: there are several plugins, but I chose User Meta (free), which covered all my needs and allowed to integrate all of the EM specific user meta data.

Same problem here… it doesn’t matter whether you choose “Registration required, auto approval” or “No registration”. It always ends up being “Registration required, manual approval”.

Also the passcode doesn’t seem to be taken in account while the zoom event is created.
