thank you skyer2000, your solution worked great! I had 6 images, 4 being shown at one time, and after a few seconds there would be 3 images at a time, then two, after 30 seconds on safari, there was only 1 image showing, and after about 10 seconds on Firefox.

ok, I just opened the Twenty Twelve theme with that test page and your plugin is working fine, so the issue must be the theme that I’m using. I have no idea where to fix that, can you recommend a genius I can hire to do that?

to be clear, I removed all the CSS that I changed on the theme, so going the link above will be the bare theme, maybe something in the theme is messing it up?

I just created a test page, empty no shortcodes except the button. The button should say “Titans and Warriors Album” but it is cutoff.

I haven’t changed any CSS on the plugin, if that is what you mean.

I have altered CSS on the theme, but I just removed it all and the issue is still there.

I am a composer, I know enough barely to change CSS but I don’t know enough to know what you sent me, or what it should look like to operate properly. But, I definitely have not changed any CSS on the plugin.

It looks like my options are to leave Symlink unchecked and hope most people have download rates of at least 250kbps, or I could leave it checked and wrap each mp3 in a zip to protect the filename. The unpacked folder name would have the additional characters, but not the file within!

As for it opening in a browser, that is what it does already if the Symlink is checked and the file clicked on to download is an mp3. A .zip will download normally. But this is not an issue if I make each file a .zip or leave Symlink unchecked.

When I first set it up and began testing the functionality and purchasing experience, the purchase receipt was working, but after 3rd test, it stopped. I’ve tried sending test emails which don’t go through either. It has been several hours since I sent several test emails to different emails….no return, and I had a friend purchase and they never received a purchase receipt email.

yes, the 100-120mb files are too big, use mp3s.

you might want to try making sure all your mp3s are of the same bit rate, sample rate, joint stereo or not, variable bit rate or not. Using 192 bit rate is best, 44.1k, non vbr (variable bit rate), joint stereo.

But I have had a lot of issue with the single player. when I use the playlist player for single tracks, it always works, and the player interface looks much better. Try using the playlist version but only use one track.
