Disconnected & reconnected. And orders have gone through fine since 12/29. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the logging checkbox until the 29th. So, now logs prior to that.

I want to make sure we fully understand the situation:
Your client changed their email address, which caused transactions to not be sent to Square. The issue has been fixed now, but there are 16 transactions missing from Square from Nov 11 – Dec 28th. For these 16 transactions, your customers were charged and you have received this money in your bank account. But you do not see these transactions in your Square account.
Is that correct?

You’re right, that looks like a bug in the Powerpack designer. Your customizations aren’t affecting the actual search field. You can add this CSS as a work around in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.widget_product_search form:not(.wp-block-search) input[type=search] { border-radius: 16em; border: 1px solid #FF0101; background: #0101FF; }
