I’ve resolved this now, thank you. However I now have an issue where I can’t seem to change the colour of the hyperlinks in the text. They are a very light grey and I need something darker. Where can I change this.

I am also trying to use the contact form on my site.

I only have a few plugins running:
Jetpack
Awesome Flicker Gallery
Askimet

I have just downloaded WP 3.5, but this hasn’t improved the situation at all.

However, the contact form within jetpack does not appear on my site. I added the code through the button. It reads:
in HMTL:
