In reply to: adding custom fields to a theme I boughtHe’s either disappeared of the face of the planet, or has spammed me for being a nuisance. Is it wrong to contact him via flickr, G+, his website, modelmayhem, twitter?? Do you think I’ve overdone it? Mind you, this is over 8 months… one social media avenue at a time.
Oh please let there be a way other than via the designer.
More chocolate.

In reply to: adding custom fields to a theme I boughthere’s where I’m confused – the custom field drop down menu already has numerous options: audio, custom_permalink, has_been_twittered, link-url, quote-author, youtube_clips… and I added one – what to do next? I have to add php code somewhere – what code, and where? The one I’ve created is for a text box, how do I get to see the box? Anybody want to step me thru it?
