In reply to: [Yoast SEO] wpseo_opengraph rrorI know how to check for conflicts. It is a time consuming task and one that puts my site offline. All my plugins are up to date. You’re not being very helpful.
This is an issue you all created. It seems like it should be fixed by you.
I’m thinking the only solution to having this message appear on my HOME PAGE is to delete your plugin.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] wpseo_opengraph rrorSo let me get this straight.
Because YOU made this change in your plugin, I have to contact all the my plugin authors and the theme author AND/OR live with this message on my dashboard — and the HOME PAGE of my site?
Somehow that doesn’t seem very user friendly.

I am getting this error message on my dashboard — and I am not using any of the plugins mentioned here as causing a conflict that creates the error. Am running Yoast SEO 14.1
Hello again, Ross.
I contact Bluehost and and got the help from a very knowledgeable and friendly tech support guy who patiently solved my problem, answered my questions, and even taught me something new (to me) about SSL and how I might solve this issue myself in the future. Best tech support experience I ever had, plus much more like my typical experience experience with Bluehost. Thanks for giving me the info and confidence to go back and ask for help, Ross! Much appreciated!
Thank you, Ross. This gives me some more ammunition to go back to them with. I appreciate your help very much.
Thank you for your quick action. Much appreciated!

In reply to: [MyBookTable Bookstore by Stormhill Media] Grid MyBookTableThanks. Bought a developer’s license today.
Thank you. Unchecked the box.
I had been looking for something like this, but couldn’t find it. So many settings & options in Wordfence to review, and I am new to it. Figured it was something simple like this.
Any help would really be appreciated!

You’re hopeless.

In reply to: [MapJam Embedded Maps] Developer is spammingYou’re not getting it.
You used my email address without my permission to promote your product to me — twice, one week apart. If you “found” my address on a list as you say you did, then please note that the source of that list was also spurious, and you shouldn’t have used it. If you’re going to email your marketing messages to people you have a responsibility to make sure you’re doing it ethically.
Another way you can be a grown-up developer & marketer, would be to just apologize when you’ve done wrong instead offering a weasely “if we’ve offended” and “if this was a misstep” non-apology. There is no “if” about it. What you did, to me an others, was just plain unethical.
I am not the only one who has complained about your spamming. Maybe you are naive, but listen up. If you want to be taken seriously, then don’t market like a spammer would. Plain and simple.
No, sorry, but I am not interested in doing business with you in any way.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Toolkit] Goodreads URL IssueIt doesn’t appear as though there is support for this plugin here or anywhere that I can find. I am now using Social Media Widget and it works fine for me. You can use the correct GoodReads domain syntax with it, too. Hope this helps.
