Thanks for your reply, I did permanently delete the trash page and created a new one but again the permalink of a new page is not editable, can you explain more on how to?

I had created multiple pages which had in turn linked with the 3rd party plugins and one of my pages got accidentally moved to the trash and the link got broken. now that I have created another page but the new page’s permalink got changed, I’m unable to change the permalink to the old link. Can you please help me change the permalink of the new page to the old one so the page can be live back on? since the 3rd party plugin isn’t allowing me to change the linked link.

I had requested my hosting provider to enable the file write permission, Any specific file directory to be enabled? I happened to access the file manager and found the file write was enabled for public.html, screenshot below.

I facing the same use. it says in the template kit importing, but nothing gets imported. import or reimport is the same result.

changed the setting to
Increased PHP memory limit to 600M
Increase PHP max input var to 5000
Increase max file upload size to 199M
Still the same problem.

Earlier we imported the “Architecture” template, and everything worked fine until the recent update. now nothing is working. template kits show blank, no pages.

Can someone help me, It’s been so many days since mailing the support team but of no use. Our website is down ??
