I appreciate the response. Unfortunately this allows things like the video in a post to also appear on the homepage which I don’t want as it looks clutery with a featured image, which I do want.

So there’s no css code I could just add to use style on the homepage?

Ok, I was able to solve everything aside from one thing:

I ended up creating my own page and linked to the different donation/gift pages. I name this page “Registry” and that’s what appears on top of the page when I preview, but as soon as I actually publish this page, the name on the top of the page is showing: Archives: Donation Forms and the window/tab within Firefox is called “Donation Forms.”

HOW is this happening?! I created my own new page, and I feel like it’s possessed ??

Thank you! There are now just a couple of other issues I’m trying to iron out:

I was able to add the featured image (can’t believe I missed that), and while I love how it looks once you click on the actual item itself, I’d rather just have my smaller image that is in my custom table below (with the text). Is it possible to hide this featured image on the /donations page only?

2) How do I change the title of the donations page so that the url/slug(?) reads “registry” and the page title itself just says “Registry” as well.

Ok, that solved the body text, but what about the headers for posts? Those are still white.

There are options for that, pxforti, but for some reason, the body text is not updated.

I can defintely insert some custom CSS, and that’s a good idea to prevent issues with future theme updates.

Yes, resetting it seems to have worked. What’s weird though, I was just using a custom permalink structure, and it seems only one user who actually posted a story was having an issue.

Oh well, not worth fretting over–it’s working, so thank you! ??

So the response above (and quoted below) seems to have at least fixed the issue. I set permalinks back to default, and the story now works. However, I’d prefer not to use this permalink setup. Is it possible to have this work without needing to go default permalink structure?

Should I still now try the second suggestion?

I will try the fixes mentioned above in the morning. I’ve completely removed this plugin, deleted etc., but it seems to be causing us issues still!

I’ve had a similar issue, but now my challenge is that even after I disable and delete this plug-in, I get this error:

triggered badgeos_new_post

This appears after I post a story, after a few minutes, the link will eventually lead you to just a page with that info and the author.

Thank you–this looks much better. Is there a way to just have it go across the text, and not the entire image?

Also, I’d love to have the same affect appear in the right-side widget next to the slider–those are the same stories, and are also difficult to read.
