In reply to: [Client Portal - Private user pages and login] Manage pages by group?Hi @deraxia,
1. Currently it is not possible with Client Portal to have different pages depending on the roles.
2. If you need the pages to be different for each client, but also to have common things, then there are 2 ways that can help:
a) edit the Dash -> Users -> Client Portal Settings -> Default Page Content
b) edit the single-private-page.php template filePlease let me know if you have any more questions.

In reply to: [Custom Post Types and Custom Fields creator - WCK] Screen Option not showingHi @gokuss7,
You should probably ask the WPBakery team why that feature won’t work with a Custom Post Type. We’re not exactly sure who it’s implemented.

In reply to: [Passwordless Login] Microsoft emails issueHi @nguruswamy,
This is happening due to the antivirus provided by Microsoft 365. Basically, when that email is received, it automatically clicks on the link in order to verify it. So when the user clicks on that link, it counts as the second time, so it shows as expired.

Hi @supergap,
If the plans are from the same tier, you can change them from there.
But if they are not from the same tier, you will have to delete the old plans and after to add the users to the new one.
Kind regards,
Hi @supergap,
In order to do this, please take a look here:https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Display_Content_to_non-subscribers
With this shortcode you can hide certain content for the active members of a subscription plan, but it would be visible for the expired ones.

Hi @stek2000,
Since you have contacted us on our website as well and I have already answered you there, I will close this ticket here. I will wait for your reply to my email.

Hi @pheebe,
Thank you for your kind words!
You can achieve what you want using the following WooCommerce setting: “Allow customers to create an account during checkout”. You can find this setting if you go to WooCoomerce -> Settings -> Acounts & Privacy -> Account creation.
Here you can find more information about “How to create account at Checkout Woocommerce”: https://njengah.com/create-account-at-checkout/

Hello @pab34,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can use this shortcode:
[wppb-login register_url=“/register” lostpassword_url=“/recover-password”]With this, you will have a link to the Registration Form under the Login one.
Also, this will add a link to the Password Recovery Form.
But please be aware that you will have to use our plugin in order for this to work. From your last messages it looked like you were not using Profile Builder.
Kind regards,
Hi @pab34,
As I mentioned earlier, you are not using our registration form. This message is not a part of Profile Builder, we no not have anything like this in our plugins.
Kind regards,
Hi @pab34,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am afraid that we are not able to help you regarding this, since that is not our registration form. Please be aware that our forms are created with the [wppb-register] shortcode and do not look like the from your page.
You will need to contact the team that has developed that registration form in order to find out more on how to modify it.
Kind regards,
