We need a fix ASAP. Please reply…

We don’t have access to file manager so we highly depend on built in downloaded. I need to revert back to old version of WPvivid to download the files. Also, it’s so random that the zip are broken.

Also, when the backup file is above 300mb it will download but not completely like stopping at around 150mb??? The file is broken. PLEASE FIX PLUGIN. Website backup file is important and this should not be happening huhu

Hello, I’m getting a black page with text time the site is temporary not available… So after loading it went to that. It’s happening for sites that has 200mb and up ??

Actually on my websites that have 300mb and up.. We can’t download it.

Sent a message via form. I test on all our sites and it getting the same result with the latest version all the backups are at 1gb

I restored my old backup and reverted back to 0.9.82 but I think you can replicate the issue. It’s giving me 1GB on new backup on the new version 0.9.83

Please update your plugin. It’s causing my Menu Cart Widget not to work. I tried deactivating your plugin and it works perfectly again. Also your plugin is causing my template to go safe mode. Made me revert back to 3.6.8 because of your plugin. Thanks!

The site is heynuno.com it’s not working as admin (it gives me a link /#). And when I test it non-login user it’s working. Also, I can’t edit the template anymore it’s on Safe Mode.
