I have already contacted support but did not get a response until now. Lets see if they can fix it. I will then update my review.
Unfortunately sometimes support only is provided AFTER you give a bad rating. I have provided details on the issue, including screenshots etc. I have also tried installing the theme on TWO different servers and two completely separate installations.
So if it does not work for me, it probably does not work for a lot of other people as well. The fact that you claim that it is working instead of appreciating the issue and the fact that IT IS NOT WORKING, is just bad customer service….
