Thats what I wrote. You did not respond until I posted here.

And even though I already provided what I needed help with I just got some standard reply that was of no help.

And it’s still not fixed even though I have asked for something really simple; i.e. provide me with the demo data for MANUAL import. Still HOURS after I contacted you I have still not got one helpful response.
– You are just trying to prove your point of being help, which you are NOT.

As long as this theme does not work and you have not come up with a solution it’s just BAD.

I have already contacted support but did not get a response until now. Lets see if they can fix it. I will then update my review.

Unfortunately sometimes support only is provided AFTER you give a bad rating. I have provided details on the issue, including screenshots etc. I have also tried installing the theme on TWO different servers and two completely separate installations.

So if it does not work for me, it probably does not work for a lot of other people as well. The fact that you claim that it is working instead of appreciating the issue and the fact that IT IS NOT WORKING, is just bad customer service….
