It hasn’t been updated in a while though, but you may be able to use it with this plugin.

In order to use this, you would likely have to find a plugin that integrates the Google Authenticator with WooCommerce. I will take a look at their plugin’s code to see if I may be able to integrate it somehow, but this seems unlikely without adding some sort of configuration page. This plugin is meant to be a simple install and activate / no configuration needed. I will keep you posted.

I would also like to mention that on my multi-site installation, the MailChimp for WooCommerce breaks user registration on the My account page when activated. I have tried deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce with no luck.
